Job Summary
As a Business Analyst II in a Temporary role, you will serve as a liaison between business partners and Information Technology, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and supporting testing and implementation. You will analyze business processes and system issues, coordinate updates and enhancements, develop and execute test plans and test cases, assist in training end users, and work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency within the insurance and financial services domain. The role emphasizes collaboration, detailed documentation, adaptability, and a proactive approach to achieving departmental objectives, with preference for experience in life insurance or annuity processes and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance or financial services required
