Temporary Turnover Employee

Temporary turnover support at Quarters Ames providing customer service to residents and assisting the on-site team with turnover projects. Responsibilities include assessing units for repairs, cleaning, and painting needs; performing light maintenance, cleaning, and painting duties; and assisting the Property Manager. Requires strong integrity, organization, and communication, ability to work in a team, and ability to handle confidential tenant and property information.
