Job Summary
Temporary turnover position at College Town Mankato. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to residents, assessing units for repairs/cleaning/painting, performing light maintenance, cleaning, and painting duties, and assisting the on-site team with turnover projects. The role requires integrity, professionalism, strong communication, and ability to work in a team environment during the turnover period. Compensation is $12.00 per hour; position may lead to future opportunities. The site is a 110-unit, 481-bed cottage-style community built for Minnesota State University, Mankato students. Required Qualifications
- Available to work the entire turnover period
- Ability to stand, lift, and bend for up to 8 hours
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
