Job Summary
Temporary Turnover Employee at The Landing Ames (July 10, 2026 – August 1, 2026) provides temporary assistance in property turnovers with a focus on customer service to residents and support for the on-site team. Responsibilities include assessing units for repairs, cleaning, and painting needs; performing light maintenance and related duties; and assisting with turnover projects as directed by the Property Manager. Must be able to stand, lift, and bend for up to 8 hours, work the entire turnover period, and maintain confidentiality of tenant and property information.
