Temporary Turn Associate - Office

Temporary Turn Associate provides temporary assistance during turnover at a student housing apartment community. The role performs administration and maintenance tasks to ensure established quality standards upon move-in, including repairs and improvements to vacant apartments, touch-up painting, grounds and common-area upkeep, and basic maintenance tasks. Responsibilities also include supporting expense control by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible, adhering to safety and hazard communications programs, delivering excellent customer service to residents and vendors, and performing miscellaneous duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment.
