Temporary Turn Assistant - Wexler (Student Living)

Temporary Turn Assistant supports leasing or maintenance teams by performing administrative tasks and light maintenance/work to prepare apartment turns. Responsibilities include copying and filing documents, organizing lease paperwork, handling resident calls, coordinating move-in/move-out processes, on-campus marketing outreach, resident events, and activities to achieve resident satisfaction. Also performs grounds maintenance and cosmetic tasks such as trash pickup, pressure-washing, general cleaning, painting curbs and signage, and touch-up painting for vacants and occupied units, including caulking and sealing around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers. The role pays $17.00–$19.00 per hour and may be eligible for bonuses; benefits for temporary team members are noted.
