Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings, utilizing the nursing process in technically complex environments. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Maintain CO RN license or eNLC privileges while adhering to AACN's Synergy Model and specialty certification standards. Work full-time, 72 hours per pay period in day and night rotations.
