Job Summary
Provide top of scope direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) within a technically complex environment. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Utilize the nursing process while adhering to AACN's Synergy Model and specialty certification standards. Work a full-time schedule of 72 hours per two-week pay period with day and night rotation, earning $50 per hour plus a travel package and stipend.
