Temporary Transition Specialist

Support MidMarket Project Managers by on-boarding new clients and transitioning acquisition/merger clients approximately 50% of the time. Collect and prepare employee data for online enrollment, then coordinate implementation processes to execute flawless transitions to first payroll. Serve as a liaison between client decision-makers and operations regarding payroll, reporting, and administration while strategizing on service improvements. Manage payroll projects to ensure zero defects, train client leaders on on-boarding aspects, and maintain knowledge of payroll applications and systems testing. Requires an Associate's degree, three to five years of experience, and up to 30% travel.
