Job Summary
Build professional one-on-one relationships with clients to eliminate barriers to employment through assessment, individualized attention, and coordination. Conduct comprehensive case management, including consistent follow-up, documentation of all contacts, and creating solutions to participant attendance problems. Facilitate professional development workshops and manage programmatic offerings to ensure a business-driven curriculum and high participation rates. Collaborate with schools, account managers, and the business services team to coordinate job preparation, issue grants, and collect placement data. Assist with intake services, complete required enrollment documentation, and prepare project reports on participation and placement outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience in career advisement and development, workshop facilitation, developing workforce curriculum, public speaking and content development
- Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts
- Demonstrated telephone, computer and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to thrive in environments with multiple stakeholders, frequent change, and diverse objectives
- Professional understanding of a vast array of occupations and career paths, ideally including those in the healthcare field
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in education, social services, healthcare and/or communications
- Customer service experience required
- Driver's license in good standing and automobile insurance required
- Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor require
- A working knowledge of MS Office and Google docs
