Job Summary
Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner - Retail position supporting recruitment for shop managers and retail roles across multiple markets. Responsible for intake meetings, determining interview steps/panels, coordinating job postings, sourcing and shortlisting, headhunting for hard-to-fill management and retail support positions, hosting market visits for TA training, conducting interviews, building and maintaining recruitment program content, organizing interview steps and scheduling, performing reference checks, creating offers, onboarding new employees, ensuring equity in interview practices, and reporting on hiring progress and KPIs. Requires experience in full-cycle recruiting (retail-focused), diversity metrics, high-volume recruiting, use of Greenhouse, strong communication and coaching skills, ability to travel domestically and internationally, and proximity to multiple Lush Shops. Location preference is US West; open to Remote NA.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting with proven track record of success as a Manager at Lush
- Previous experience with diversity metrics and best practices
- Extensive experience leading and supporting recruitment for Retail focused roles across multiple locations
- Professional regarding sensitive subjects and respectful of confidentiality
- Proven experience in high volume recruiting and on-boarding
- In depth knowledge and understanding of Greenhouse platform
- Outstanding supervisory, coaching and project management skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Located within driving distance of 4 Lush Shops
