Job Summary
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop staffing plans for medical, clinical, managerial, and administrative roles. Source, screen, and interview candidates while engaging in direct outreach to build a pipeline for diverse applicants. Develop recruiting strategies, coordinate hiring events, and manage new hire onboarding. Become proficient in the UKG applicant tracking system and train managers on its use. Conduct weekly agency-wide new employee orientations and maintain relationships to promote CHD as an employer of choice. This fully on-site role in Springfield, MA, supports a decentralized hiring process for a behavioral health agency with over 2,100 employees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, social service, or business-related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment and onboarding
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies
