TEMPORARY Substance Abuse Counselor (12 week assignment)

Provide individual and group counseling services, conduct initial assessment and evaluation interviews for service eligibility, and complete bio-psychosocial assessments. Coordinate all services throughout treatment, ensure efficient delivery to patients, respond to grievances, and develop aftercare and discharge plans. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other counselors to assist patients in achieving overall outcomes. This 12-week temporary assignment at MedMark Treatment Centers focuses on medically assisting treatments for opioid addiction within a comfortable outpatient clinic setting.
