Job Summary
Temporary six-month assignment as Subrogation Claim Representative II with potential conversion to full-time. Handles moderately complex claims under supervision, conducts coverage analysis, takes statements, develops evaluation and resolution plans, reviews claims and documentation, identifies policyholder benefits, collaborates with other units as needed, and uses multiple claims systems (FACTS, CPS, IPM, WINS, SPI). Requires strong negotiating, investigative, and analytical skills, knowledge of subrogation principles and state negligence laws, and the ability to travel as needed for inspections or meetings. Remote work available from home office with a hybrid work arrangement in multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Complete ACG Claim Representative Training Program or demonstrate equivalent knowledge or experience
- In states where an Adjuster’s license is required, the candidate must be eligible to acquire a State Adjuster’s license within 90 days of hire and maintain as specified for appropriate states.
- A valid driver's license is required if the primary responsibilities involve conducting in-person inspections or frequent in-person meetings with members.
