Job Summary

Advise All-Campus Entertainment on organization, programming, and budgetary responsibilities while maintaining transparency with Student Government. Facilitate day-to-day operations of the college's room scheduler program (EMS) and oversee the ACE purchasing card, coordinating billing and paperwork. Manage logistical arrangements for student and OCL events, including equipment rentals, catering requests, permit tracking, and inventory. Coordinate student event registrations, certified host/server tracking, and specialty processes like tailgating registrations for Homecoming. Assist with the annual planning and execution of traditional events such as the Senior Fall Formal, 100 Days, and Senior Week, while supervising temporary employees for major class programs. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Associate Director for Student Centers & Events.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Significant proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Significant proficiency in Google Suite
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize specialized enterprise software (such as EMS Room Scheduler)
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
  • Ability to work in a high-traffic, collaborative office environment in the Paresky Center
