Job Summary
Lead a comprehensive review of housing arrangements across Ontario and Saskatchewan, gathering and validating data on ownership, leases, and agreements between Karis and people supported. Collaborate with Community Resource Coordinators, Program Managers, and operational leaders to verify information within the Service Location Database and AlayaCare systems. Analyze support models, staffing structures, transportation, and assistive technology utilization to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for person-directed housing. Partner with the Digital Technology and Innovation team to assess emerging solutions that increase independence. Contribute to developing standardized approaches for documenting housing-related supports and strengthening organizational accountability. Start mid-September 2026 for a 7-month temporary assignment at the Waterloo Office. Hourly range $30.07–$33.97.
Required Qualifications
- College Diploma in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Strong project management and project coordination skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Research and data analysis experience, including surveys, literature reviews, and reporting
- Knowledge of change management principles and business strategy
