Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading all aspects of the store in Winnipeg, including recruiting and developing the management team, training on brand values and services, managing budgets and driving sales, delivering an inclusive customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence through policies, scheduling, inventory, and performance management. Must guide staff in product knowledge, brand ethics (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging), and community engagement while achieving KPIs and ensuring a positive customer and staff experience. Preferred bilingual capabilities and DEIB experience; flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and weekends. Salary: CAD 57,500 per year (Polo Park location). Qualifications emphasize 3-5 years of retail management, strong HR, communication, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills; deep interest in skincare and natural beauty; ability to mentor staff and manage budgets and inventory.
