Job Summary
Temporary Sourcing & Recruiting Coordinator for a part-time, remote role supporting Talent Acquisition with candidate sourcing, outreach, resume screening, interview scheduling, and ATS data maintenance; responsibilities include coordinating interview logistics, candidate communications, and recruitment reporting for a nonprofit organization; requires 1–3 years of recruiting coordination or related experience, HRIS/ATS proficiency (e.g., UKG, LinkedIn Recruiter), and strong organizational and communication skills. Approximately 20–25 hours/week for 3–6 months.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR, or administrative experience
- Experience with HRIS systems like UKG or similar ATS platforms
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or other sourcing tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
- Experience supporting nonprofit organizations is a plus
