Job Summary
Social Designer for Forbes editorial art team responsible for creating narrative-driven visual content for social-first platforms. Translate Forbes’ reporting into thumb-stopping visual narratives, including shortform visuals, animations, data visualizations, and platform-optimized assets for Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. Collaborate with design, photo, video, editorial, and social strategy teams; integrate AI tools and Figma plugins to accelerate ideation; maintain Forbes brand guidelines across high-volume daily output. Requires BA/BFA in Design and 2–4 years of digital design experience; portfolio demonstrating social-first storytelling; hourly rate $25.00–$45.00 with potential fully remote work within the U.S.; some roles may require candidates to be based in specific states (CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA).
Required Qualifications
- BA/BFA in Design
- 2–4 years of digital design experience
