Job Summary
Seasonal Peak Associate role supporting store operations during peak periods. Responsibilities include operating a cash register, handling transactions, assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases, maintaining displays, restocking areas, unloading deliveries, setting up/moving fixtures, and ensuring safety standards. Provides excellent customer service, promotes company initiatives, and collaborates with store leadership to improve operations. Prior merchandise receiving, handling, and stocking experience preferred; basic math/reading skills and clear written/verbal communication required. Work environment is a climate-controlled retail setting with physical tasks including lifting up to 35 lbs; position is on-site and part-time during seasonal peaks.
