Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, processing returns, and counting change. Support store recovery efforts, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in safety awareness initiatives. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This seasonal role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and physical capability to lift heavy objects. Starting pay is $15.00 to $15.50 per hour at the Niles, IL Marshalls store.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
