Job Summary
The Sales Support Associate role supports store operations and customer service for Coach/Tapestry brands. Responsibilities include warmly welcoming clients, assisting customers with product needs, operating the POS and maintaining cash wrap organization, processing shipments and transfers, managing stock levels and visual merchandising updates, and collaborating with team/management. The role emphasizes brand ambassador duties, stockroom upkeep, and responding to customer requests with professional communication, while adhering to Loss Prevention guidelines and maintaining housekeeping standards. Requires 1+ retail experience, knowledge of POS and basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years retail experience (cashier/stock/sales)
