Job Summary
Temporary Sales Support Associate at Coach/Tapestry brand family; responsibilities include greeting clients warmly, providing personalized assistance, acting as a brand ambassador in the local market, handling POS transactions accurately, maintaining cash wrap organization, processing shipments and transfers, managing stock levels and visual merchandising updates, supporting sales floor activities, responding to customer requests, and upholding Loss Prevention standards. Requires retail experience (preferably luxury), fashion awareness, basic tech proficiency (iPad/laptop, POS systems), strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, assisting with gift cards and customer data collection where permitted, and collaborating with team/management to ensure store success.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.)
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop)
- Ability to operate POS accurately and handle cash
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency
