Job Summary
Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by delivering personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice to build lasting client relationships. Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while utilizing mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs. Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while keeping the sales floor and stockroom clean and stocked. Process transactions efficiently for purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups. Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days. Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and climb, bend, and kneel to maneuver the sales floor.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience
- knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
- Experience with POS operation
- basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
- walkie-talkie use
- ability to read price/release sheets
- Strong English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
