Temporary Sales Associate

The Sales Associate serves as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience and supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities include representing the brand with style and service standards, building lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise, driving sales via cross-selling and upselling, utilizing POS and clienteling tools, and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs. Daily tasks cover sales activities, cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized floor and stockroom, processing transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), supporting inventory cycles, and collaborating with teammates. The role emphasizes omnichannel selling, social selling (including short-form video), brand initiatives, training participation, and a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
