Job Summary
Temporary Sales Associate at Coach (Tapestry family) serves as the front-line ambassador delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend luxury-retail service with omni-channel selling. Responsibilities include representing the brand, building client relationships through styling and recommendations, cross-selling and upselling, utilizing POS and clienteling tools, executing personal sales plans, sourcing new customers, and assisting with inventory, visual merchandising, and daily store tasks. Requires 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), POS experience, basic computer skills, walkie-talkie use, the ability to read price/release sheets, and strong English proficiency; ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and peak periods. This role emphasizes collaboration, brand initiatives participation, and maintaining service standards in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- A combination of education and experience will be considered
- Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
- Walkie-talkie use
- Ability to read price/release sheets
- Strong English proficiency
- Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills
- (Preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)
