Temporary Return Load Planner

Job Summary
Arrange return shipments timely to meet customer pickup dates by planning and scheduling efficient delivery methods across truckload, LTL, and parcel. Track and trace shipments while managing BOLs to confirm loads received in full. Monitor Return Authorizations for policy compliance and work with warehousing and transportation teams to resolve discrepancies. Report aging RA root causes and actions weekly, researching customer chargebacks and deductions. Requires a bachelor's degree, strong analytic skills, a valid driver's license, and 1-2 years of logistics experience. MS Office proficiency and familiarity with WMS/TMS are preferred.

- Must have a drivers license & be able to travel to other states
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of load planning or logistics experience is desired
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- WMS and TMS skills are plus
