Job Summary
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors while participating in daily life rhythms. Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations, assessments, and care plans, supervising resident care and developing assignments with care partners. Maintain accountability for resident care and satisfaction through coordinated team efforts. Requires current Washington RN license, CPR certification, and 1-3 years of professional managerial experience. This temporary position lasts up to 3 months with a wage of $44.00 to $55.00 and shift stipends. No company-sponsored benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nursing Program (RN)
- Clinical observation and assessment skills
- Proficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional managerial experience in related field
- Current RN license in Washington
- Current CPR certification
