Job Summary
Compile quality data reports from Meditech for Ongoing and Focused Professional Practice Evaluations across Heywood and Athol Hospitals. Schedule meetings with Chiefs of Service, track provider evaluations, and distribute completed assessments to credentialing files. Collaborate with Medical Staff Coordinators to review and revise medical policies, then archive updates on the intranet. Facilitate monthly Peer Review Committee meetings by creating agendas, taking minutes, and managing peer review letters. Answer patient satisfaction hotline calls, refer concerns to departmental leaders, and follow up with complainants. Prepare charts, statistics, and data requests for departmental quality reporting and CMS/MassHealth measures. Take minutes for various committees and assist the Director with treasurer report information.
Required Qualifications
- Sufficient previous experience in community or hospital volunteer experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
