Job Summary
Temporary Production Assistant supports RTW production lifecycle across multiple product categories, tracks PPS and TOP samples, maintains WIP reports and calendars, handles PO management and data entry, coordinates with factories and internal teams for timelines and approvals, monitors deliveries and sample/production status, reviews BOMs, tech packs, color standards and production details for accuracy, coordinates fittings and lab dips, supports logistics planning for air/sea shipments, prepares reports and presentations for management, and participates in special projects and seasonal initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Production, Merchandising, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in apparel production, product development, or merchandising preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PLM systems preferred
- Understanding of garment construction and apparel production processes is a plus
- Team-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
