Job Summary
Serve as the primary interface with clients embedded in their teams to align with in-office expectations and oversee end-to-end production of digital activations across web, email, apps, and social channels. Manage complex digital marketing workflows by partnering with a Creative Producer, developing resourcing documents, and facilitating brief-in meetings with cross-channel partners. Lead Run of Show check-ins, enforce client SLAs, and captain final file handoffs while translating stakeholder feedback to external agencies. Drive pre-production support through holistic workback schedules and post-production closure by documenting key learnings for future project setup. Maintain process documentation, track tasks across creative and strategic teams, and contribute to workflow improvements within the Beaverton, OR office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 6 - 9 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or digital production support
- Proven experience working within an agency or internal creative team environment
- Proficiency in tools like Airtable, Asana, Smartsheet, and Keynote for managing workflows and creating impactful presentations
- Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration, with a track record of working effectively across cross-functional teams and regional leadership
- Expertise in solving complex challenges and managing multiple competing projects in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- A solid understanding of digital marketing channels, creative and digital workflows, and user experience principles
- An interest in sports and a keen focus on consumer-driven approaches
- Using standard office equipment, computers, and related technology
- Certain activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouse
- Bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds
- No travel is anticipated for this role
- Thesis follows our client's in-office schedule of Monday through Thursday, with the potential requirement to be in-office on Fridays as well, in Beaverton, OR
