Job Summary
Support development of timelines, workback plans, and production briefs while tracking tasks, deliverables, and internal reviews across creative and strategic teams. Collaborate with Account, Strategy, Creative, and Technical Leads to keep work moving, proactively flag risks and blockers, and document meeting notes and status updates. Assist project leaders with resourcing, vendor coordination, and asset delivery to ensure smooth execution of creative and strategic initiatives. This role fosters production expertise within a multidisciplinary team at Thesis, a Portland-based creative agency driving business success through marketing across technology, strategy, and operations. Familiarity with project management tools like Airtable, Asana, and Smartsheet is required.
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of creative and digital workflows
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic team player and collaborator
- Familiar with project management tools such as Airtable, Asana, and Smartsheet
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or providing production support
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, project management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Using standard office equipment, computers and related technology
- Certain activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse
- Bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds
- Travel is not anticipated for this role
