Job Summary
Prepare vacant units for occupancy and ensure a professional appearance. Clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities, and other common areas daily or as scheduled. Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment owned by the property or management company. Provide courteous responses to resident and management requests, reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances. Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies. Requires frequent lifting of up to 75 pounds, bending, and stooping. This temporary position has a set end date upon selection. PeakMade Real Estate manages off-campus student housing, multi-family, and build-to-rent communities across the US.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and basic numbers
- Ability to speak simple sentences
- Requires frequent lifting and moving of up to 75 pounds when using machinery and equipment for essential maintenance tasks
- Requires frequent bending and/or stooping to access equipment and machinery necessary for essential maintenance tasks
- Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools
- Must be able to adhere to OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times
