Job Summary
Facilitate the timely collection, translation, input, and reconciliation of prior wage, payroll tax, and deduction data for new client worksite employees, both manually and using electronic files. Research discrepancies in prior wage data and partner with clients during the resolution phase, ensuring accuracy of client FEINs and validating merger/acquisition successorship. Guide clients through wage and tax transitions to Insperity and inform self-employed owners on SBEA regulations regarding wage taxation and reporting. Prepare summary documentation and training materials on minimum wage and premium overtime pay while providing statistical data to management. Support the Payroll Compliance team with retro benefit deduction training, process improvements, and system enhancements, ensuring effective follow-up on internal and external client requests.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years of experience in a high growth payroll service bureau onboarding operation or a related field
