Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations while assisting the store manager with daily operations, training associates, and promoting the membership program. Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, replenishment, merchandising, and shipment processing, ensuring compliance with safety policies and loss prevention efforts. Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed while maintaining visual merchandising standards and proper stock levels. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and participate in store promotions. Requires high school diploma, one year of retail leadership experience, and ability to travel between locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
