Temporary Part-Time Shift Leader

Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations. Assist the store manager in training sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement. Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising. Open and close the store ensuring it is recovered, clean, and compliant with safety procedures. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and actively promote the store's membership program. Be empowered to resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates. Support Loss Prevention efforts and adhere to all company policies. Requires 1+ years of experience as a keyholder or supervisor, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to travel between locations.
