Temporary Part-Time Shift Leader

Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations while assisting the store manager with daily operations. Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring the facility is recovered, clean, and compliant with safety standards. Oversee merchandising, replenishment, and visual merchandising updates to maintain proper stock levels and store appearance. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement, while processing sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems. Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed, supporting loss prevention efforts and adherence to company policies. Promote the store's membership program to foster customer loyalty and participate in sales events. Requires 1+ years of experience as a keyholder or shift leader, with the ability to travel between locations.
