Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations. Assist the store manager in training sales associates, ensuring strong product knowledge and engagement on the sales floor and at the register. Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures while maintaining proper stock levels and visual merchandising updates. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, resolve customer concerns professionally, and support loss prevention efforts. Promote the store's membership program to foster customer loyalty. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, one year of retail leadership experience, and ability to travel between store locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
