Temporary Part-Time Shift Leader

Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations. Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement. Support daily operations, including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, merchandising, and shipment processing. Open and close the store, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures. Be empowered to resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and actively promote the store's membership program. Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates. This role requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position is temporary and part-time, with a pay range of $18.00 to $21.00 per hour. Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in retail, and be able to travel between store locations as needed.
