Job Summary
Develop and enhance the comprehensive school counseling program by analyzing local, state, and national data to create data-driven goals aligned with the school improvement plan. Collaborate with school staff, teachers, parents, and community personnel to build relationships that support academic, career, and personal/social development for all students. Implement initiatives that address cultural diversity, learning styles, and individual needs while administering tests and utilizing technology to deliver effective programs. Participate in annual discussions with administrators regarding program goals and engage in continued professional development to improve student success and the counseling profession.
Required Qualifications
- Certification as a School Counselor
- Master's degree in Counseling
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling preferred
