Job Summary
Manage the sales floor by developing comprehensive product knowledge, personally demonstrating high-level service, and ensuring merchandise presentation meets Visual Merchandising standards. Supervise the team by providing clear feedback, executing promotions, and overseeing cash-handling and reporting functions while maintaining cleanliness across the store. Handle customer concerns proactively, secure the store, and ensure safety protocols are followed. This temporary part-time hourly role requires standing for eight hours, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working in temperatures from 50-85 degrees. Compensation ranges from $20.70 to $22.98/hour with daily pay available, a 40% discount, and 401(k) eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day
- Frequent reaching and bending and twisting – below waist and above shoulders
- Frequently required to use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms
- Frequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. Push/pull up to 20 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend
- Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees – especially in our stock room areas
- Use of a computer up to 60 % of the time throughout the day
