Job Summary
Engage with all customers to deliver a highly satisfied experience while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases, process returns, and count change back to customers according to established procedures. Uphold merchandising standards, prepare merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Adhere to operational, loss prevention, and labor laws while supporting safety awareness and accepting constructive feedback. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. This temporary part-time role at a Marshalls store in Chicago, IL offers a starting pay of $17.05 to $17.55 per hour.
