Job Summary
Part-time Floor Leader at Lush in Culver City. You will lead and inspire a shop-floor team of sales associates, coach on sales techniques, deliver excellent customer experiences, manage store operations (opening/closing, cash handling), drive training and development, and uphold brand values around skincare, ethical beauty, and DEIB. Responsibilities include leveraging dashboards to optimize sales, product demonstrations, brand education, and ensuring a productive, positive store environment while contributing to store performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
- problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations
- a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
