Job Summary
Onboarding-focused role handling owner document reviews and education for club products, delivering one-on-one or group owner education, sharing sales-document guidance, and training the sales team. Responsible for coordinating educational events, identifying training opportunities, and ensuring owner satisfaction with purchases. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), active California Real Estate license, strong communication and organization skills, ability to manage multiple assignments, and familiarity with sales training and product knowledge. Travel is minimal (<5%), with compensation offering an hourly base rate plus commissions. Located in Oceanside, CA and embedded within Travel + Leisure Co.’s resort and ownership ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
- Active California Real Estate License
- 1+ years Wyndham sales experience preferred
- 1 year previous customer service experience
