Job Summary
Coordinate scheduling, metering activities, and customer service requests to support field operations; serve as the central point of coordination between customers, field teams, and internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience while ensuring documentation, compliance, and operational workflow. Responsibilities include scheduling disconnects/reconnects, inspections, pre-construction meetings, service appointments; ensuring agency approvals are met; coordinating meter sets/exchanges and AMI deployment; handling billing tasks and WBS accuracy; providing timely customer responses; and using systems such as SAP, Power Clerk, CIS, C4C, and Microsoft Office. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and cross-team collaboration, with a shift of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and on-site duties in the North Lake Tahoe/South Lake Tahoe area. Education requirement is a High School Diploma, and the position focuses on customer experience and operational support within a renewable energy and utility context.
