Job Summary
The Temporary Operations Assistant is responsible for providing accounting and financial control support to the Finance Department. Key responsibilities include maintaining financial records, supporting audits, processing loan disbursements, reconciling transactions, and ensuring data integrity within the Core Banking System. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 2 years' experience in related roles. Ideal candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in accounting or financial reporting roles preferably within the financial services sector
