Job Summary
Administer daily medication to patients in accordance with program policy and medical protocols, including Methadone and Suboxone. Use automated dispensing systems, calibrate pumps, and maintain equipment while ordering, receiving, and stocking medication under DEA and State regulations. Produce appropriate records and reports for Company, Federal, and State protocols, ensuring compliance with security standards for controlled substances. Provide daily patient assessments and maintain inventory. This 12-week temporary assignment requires a current Indiana LPN license, CPR certification, and a non-judgmental attitude toward substance use disorder.
Required Qualifications
- Current and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Indiana
- Current CPR certification
- Satisfactory drug screen
- Satisfactory criminal background check
