Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, processing returns, and counting change. Support store recovery needs, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in shrink reduction goals. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as assigned. Maintain safety awareness and accept constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Starting pay is $18.00 to $18.50 per hour.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills

- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
