Temporary Member Services Representative

Temporary Member Services Representative/Teller at a credit union focused on providing excellent member service. Responsibilities include initiating conversations to assess member needs, maintaining and enhancing member account relationships, processing share deposits and loan payments, handling cash withdrawals, opening new membership accounts, researching member inquiries about credit union services, promoting credit union products, performing outbound calls, meeting growth goals, observing security and anti-fraud controls, and backing up MSR II duties. Strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and the ability to operate credit union systems and proprietary software; bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required; ability to work flexible hours and travel to cover other branches if needed.
