Job Summary
Conduct screening procedures, documentation, and patient care under the supervision of a Registered/Practical Nurse. Perform hearing and vision screenings, EKGs, and point-of-care testing including rapid HIV, HEP C, influenza, and urine dip. Participate in the Care Team Model through pre-visit planning, huddles, and population management activities. Assist with in-office procedures, triage referrals, and quality improvement initiatives while adhering to infection control and safety goals. Float to other departments as needed and maintain a clean environment. Submit recommendations for healthcare improvements and attend required departmental meetings. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and financial data.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current BLS Certification
